At the Royal Philharmonic Awards, The Dorchester comes up trumps and serves a *breaded* poached egg on a leek & crème fraîche tart as the veg' option. Cape Farewell & Eden miss out on an award, Mitsuko Uchida wins the Gold Medal, but I feel the evening's triumph is delivered right to my table place. The glory!
