Historic PEAS

Just in case you were wondering. This is how PEAS started:

This is the first report, from the glamour of poached eggs in Chicago
and Ottawa.

1. Chicago
PE with bacon, hashed brown. Served in a seperate bowl to the rest of
the breakfast (egg segregation I hear you cry!), quality of cooking,
not perfect. No 'just thrown in a boiling saucepan with panache' -
no, I think they were cooked in man-made poachers. But, company of
xx xx outstanding

2. Ottawa
WOWee - poached eggs (panache ahoy) with dill/creamfraiche sauce,
served with smoked salmon on some toasty toast. Fresh grapefruit
juice and coffee accompanied. No xx.
